Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At NexPaths, we want every customer to feel confident in their subscription. We offer flexible cancellation and a straightforward refund policy so you can try our platform risk-free.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal.
  • There are no cancellation fees, contracts, or commitments.
  • When you cancel, you retain full access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier. Your data (resumes, analyses, community posts) will be preserved.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Within 7 days of initial purchase

If you subscribed for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial charge — no questions asked.

Billing errors or duplicate charges

If you were charged incorrectly or billed twice, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

Service outages exceeding 72 hours

If NexPaths experiences a sustained outage that prevents you from using paid features for more than 72 continuous hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription renewals beyond the 7-day initial purchase window (cancel before renewal to avoid charges).
  • One-time job posting fees (employer plans) once the posting has been activated and made live.
  • Partial-month usage after cancellation (you keep access until the billing period ends).

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@nexpaths.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include the email address associated with your NexPaths account.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.
  4. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  5. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Annual Plans

If you purchased an annual plan, the 7-day refund window applies from the date of purchase. After the 7-day window, you may cancel at any time but will not receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining months. Your access continues until the annual term ends.
